By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any part of IEPLaunch, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
IEPLaunch is an online platform designed to assist educators in tracking and managing IEP goals and objectives, collecting student data, generating reports, and staying compliant with federal regulations such as FERPA.
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed educator, school staff member, or service provider to use IEPLaunch. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
IEPLaunch offers Free, Essentials, and Mastery subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fee, which will be billed monthly or annually based on your selection. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.
You retain full ownership of all student data you enter into IEPLaunch. We never sell or share your data with third parties. We are fully compliant with FERPA and follow strict protocols to secure and protect sensitive educational information. For more details, view our FERPA Compliance Page.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful educational purposes. You may not:
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for major updates or changes that affect user functionality.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
IEPLaunch is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event will IEPLaunch or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users via email or platform alerts if significant changes are made. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.
